Hey, I’m Mason O'Daniel — a 20-year-old student at the University of Texas at Austin. I’m into just about anything involving sports, the outdoors, or good competition. If I’m not watching the Spurs or the Cowboys, I’m probably out fly fishing or catching a Longhorns game with friends. I built this page to show a few of the things I’m passionate about and to test out what I’ve learned in MIS 302F. San Antonio Spurs
Fundamentals, ball movement, and a culture of excellence—what’s not to love? I grew up watching Duncan, Manu, and Tony make hard things look simple. These days I’m tracking player development, spacing, and how coaching philosophy translates into wins.

Wade in, slow down, read the water. Fly fishing teaches patience and detail—from tippet choice to a clean roll cast. My favorite mornings start at sunrise on clear Texas streams with just enough hatch to make it interesting.

Dallas Cowboys
America's Team has been a staple in my Sundays for as long as I can remember. I follow every season closely, from draft day to playoffs, keeping faith in the star on the helmet. Whether it’s Dak’s leadership or Micah Parsons' relentless energy, the Cowboys always keep it exciting.

- Tradition: Watching Thanksgiving Day games with family

Texas Longhorns Football
As a proud Longhorn, fall Saturdays mean one thing: game day. The burnt orange spirit, the energy at DKR, and the roar of the crowd during big plays are unbeatable. Win or lose, supporting the Horns connects me to the UT community and everything that makes Austin special.
